  • To fulfill the set goals and objectives, the management of "NEFTGAZMONTAJ" undertakes the obligation to meet the requirements of the quality management system:
  • on determination of goals and objectives in the field of quality;
  • on carrying-out of regular analysis concerning the company's activities, consumers’ feedbacks, target achievements, quality policy for constant suitability;
  • on fulfillment of continuous improvement based on such analyzes, through corrective and preventive actions, determining the goals and objectives in the field of quality;
  • on explaining to the staff the quality policy and ensuring the proper understanding and functioning of the QMS organization.
  • To achieve these goals, we intend to:
  • take the advantage of the abilities of all employees for the benefit of the organization;
  • to put all facilities into Customer’s service in accordance with the requirements of agreements and contracts, solving all problems in the context of our Customers’ needs and requirements;
  • to keep the regular staff, providing employees with the conditions for increasing their professional and social level;
  • to improve and update the organization management system, using a process approach to production and effective involvement of resources;
  • to assist our subcontractors and suppliers in implementation and improvement of their quality system.

The management of the enterprise realizes that qualified personnel is the guarantee of product quality.

Priority for the management of the enterprise is the regular development and increasing the professional level and qualification of employees through various forms of training, improving the infrastructure of the enterprise and manufacturing environment, as well as improving the labor conditions.
